Dal ko wash krke 2 hours ke liye soaked kre.
2 hours ke baad stainer se paani nikale
1 tbsp soaked dal ko aleg rekhe.
Mixer jar mai shesh dal ko bina paani ke paste banaye. Bowl mai nikale.
Dal ke batter mai salt, suji, soaked dal, dry coriander, ginger paste, coarsed dry red chilly ,asafoetodia, saunff, hari mirch & 1 tsp oil milak pakode (fritters) ka batter tayyar kre.
High flame pr kadhi mai oil gram kre. Fingers ya spoon se gram tel mai Pakode daaley. Ulet plet kr sunehre hone tk deep fry kre. Switch off kre. Tissue paper pr nikale.
Serving plate mai nikale aur chutney and chai ke saath serve kre.
